AU-EU Youth Entrepreneurship Grant: Call for proposals

Are you a young person in Africa with a burning passion to make a difference in your community? Do you believe in the power of entrepreneurship to transform lives and build a brighter future? Then apply for the youth entrepreneurship grants (€30,000-€50,000) specifically aimed at supporting youth-led projects that address critical challenges faced by young entrepreneurs across Africa.

This call focuses on skills development. Successful applicants receive funding, join a peer-sharing platform, and benefit from mentorship.

Eligibility:

  • Youth-led (ages 18-35), with young people as decision-makers.
  • Formally registered (organization/enterprise bank account and governance structure) in one of these 12 African countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia (Somaliland), Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, or Zimbabwe.
  • Activities must take place in one or more of these countries.
  • Minimum annual budget/grants managed: €10,000.
